Common questions
Does OmeTV have a gender filter?
No. OmeTV says on its own FAQ page that it does not offer a girls-only or guys-only filter. ChoosyChat adds one in your browser. You choose who you want to talk to, and it skips everyone else for you.
How do I get only girls on OmeTV?
Install ChoosyChat, click its icon, and set “I want to talk to” to Girls. Then open OmeTV and press Start. ChoosyChat presses Next for you every time a guy shows up, and stops when a girl appears.
Can I use it to skip guys instead?
Yes. Set “I want to talk to” to Guys and it will skip girls. Or choose Everyone and only skip empty cameras and groups.
Is it free?
Yes. The free plan gives you 50 automatic skips every day, with every filter. Pro ($3.99 a month or $29 once) gives you unlimited skips.
Does it work on my phone or the OmeTV app?
No. It works on a computer (Windows or Mac) in Chrome, Edge, Brave or Opera, on the OmeTV website. It does not work in phone apps.
Is it 100% correct?
No tool is. It works best when the face is clear and the room has light. Dark rooms, masks and filters can confuse it. If it skips someone by mistake, choose the “Careful” mode. If it stops on the wrong person, just press Next.
Can OmeTV ban me for using it?
ChoosyChat only presses the Next button for you, the same button you press yourself. It does not hack or change OmeTV. Still, every site has its own rules about tools, so use it at your own risk and always follow OmeTV's rules.
Does it record or upload my video?
Never. Everything happens on your computer. ChoosyChat looks at the video, decides, and forgets it right away. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere.
Does it work on ometv.chat, Chatruletka, Umingle or MiniChat?
Yes, for free. It works on OmeTV and its 48 sister sites (like ometv.chat, Chatruletka, chat-brasil.com and indiavideochat.com), plus Umingle, Uhmegle and MiniChat. With Pro you can turn it on for any other video chat website with one click.
How do I cancel Pro or get a refund?
You can cancel any time from the link in your receipt email. If Pro doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you in full.
